What we do with your information.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, your phone number, how you would like to be contacted, and optionally the general area you would like help with. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. We do not ask for medical details through the website, and you should not send them here.

Website measurement

We may use analytics to understand how the website performs — for example which pages people visit and which buttons are used. We do not send your name, phone number, form answers or any health information to analytics services.

Storage

Enquiries are stored securely so the clinic can respond to them. Where an enquiry is passed to a tool the clinic uses to manage appointments, only the details above are shared.

Information you give us during an appointment is handled as part of your clinical record by the clinic, and is separate from this website.
